If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must ship your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Camelot Linen reserves the right to refuse the returns based on the condition of items.
- For our customers’ protection, we cannot accept returns on used bed linens, mattress toppers, pillows and comforters
- Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, including washing or dry-cleaning
Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed after the goods are received and inspected by the fulfillment center.
Return Label - Shipping Fee
We are happy to provide a free Return Label to all customers located in the USA. For international customers, we will do our best to find the most affordable return option.
On a rare occasion that Camelot Linen fulfillment center will need to repackage the items, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
We are proud and confident about our quality, but we understand manufacturing defects may happen.
If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition or there is a defect in an item, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the return and exchange of your merchandise, on condition that it is deemed a valid product defect.
Please note that colours displayed online may vary slightly across different computer monitors due to your display settings. Unfortunately, because of this we cannot offer returns on final sale items if the return is due only to discrepancies of colours compared to those you saw on screen.
